My main concern is if Rokoko suits are really as good as they are promoted or they merely marketed as such and the results aren't much different to Rokoko Video AI. That's why im considering investing in a mocap suit to make a more "paired" combo from what i have achieved for face anims but they are damn expensive and i want to invest it well. It can be cleaned and fixed but it takes much time for simple anims. Rokoko video from what i tested, while solid, still has the problems of Body AIs, which is, stiffness in the anims and some jittering. But the body results still just don't match up with facial results. The thing is that as I'm using Metahumans and I have (after some investment) already developed a workflow for facial animation (in my case iClone AI solutions like Acculips and their face key tools for visemes + iPhone LiveLink for face expressions) which gives me very impressive results. I think it's better than Plask or PoseAI (just a couple of others I tested). It gives solid results for a body mocap AI, I need to test it more tho and with more lightning.
